Strange and disturbing..It makes me think of the apocalypse..Strong shot!

The snow that clings to it gives the sculpture another dimension. I do not find it disturbing, but, instead, fascinating as an unusual form of sculpture.

Dashing through the snow!! Neat shot. I bet it is cold there too. MB

The snow simply abstracts the image to the point where it looks like a painting. Nice shot.

Methinks I shall enjoy winter with you. ;-) That's a great sculpture, if a little tortured.

It's different but we can feel several things from this sculpture ( as from the ART )and I think it's the intention indeed.
Art is something that people feel in different ways, reflection from your mood in an specific time, and so on...A painting of a rose can be only a little flower but for others it can be love, this is a matter of feeling or interpretation.
For me this horse has some feeling to be strong and survive in adversities of life.
Have a nice Sunday!

The snow on the horse makes it looks even more amazing than it must be. Excellent capture!

I like it. Something from the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse! Scary, and the snow etches out the fierceness of an angry steed...I fully expect to see steam coming from a snorting nose!

As you know we have calm blue horses in Ocala!

Outdoors, right? Electric or phone wires in the background, snow on top. This is playing tricks with my eyes. Plus, the poor things are going to freeze to death.

The new header is on STL DPB now and the 1,000th post goes up at 12:01 AM Central time.

Very nice composition. I think the snow may enhance the appearance of the statue.
