I love this one, Kitty. The ice, the red, the barn all work and make this a keeper.
Happy 2010!

The tips of the frozen branches seem to be reaching up their cold fingertips, searching for newness and growth. A nice image for the new year.
The very best to you and sweet mr. Brat, and your family in the coming new year. Meeting you guys was one of the highlights of the year.

Yes, I love "winter bling!" I've never heard it called that before but I guess you're just a trend setter!
Wishing you and yours a very Happy New Year - 2010!

You know Kitty, the more I look at this glassy barn roof-- if there were 6 ft. of snow below this barn(there will be soon) and I was 10 again. I bet my brother and I would try to find a way to the top and take a life-defying, icy ride off that roof line. Ah... just a couple of crazy boys out of Mom's sight!

This could be a Hallmark Card. Crisp, cold winter. Hope we can continue our virtual visits in 2010.

In the meantime, here's some old world music to ring in the New Year!
