Please send a gray day over here, we'd really appreciate some clouds.

This looks like a house that should face the sea, but I don't think you are near the sea . . .does it have a good view from those high windows?

This looks more like a fall than a summer scene.

By coincidence, I have some cloudy scenes coming up on my post tomorrow and the next day, but with a surf fisherman in the Pacific ocean rather than a mansion in the foreground.

Wonderful shot! Is like an Agatha Christie novel...

Sharon, if it faces the sea, it's a very 'long' face from there. hahaha! What a stately building, gray on gray.

This one looks perfect in b&w (or is it sepia?). Lovely!

I just spent the last three days with this kind of sky. I took a road trip to southern Arizona where the monsoon season is in full swing. I took lots of photos and they all have skies like this.

Very nice looking house under the gray skies. I like the platinum look of your B+W.

I like the monochrome. But the house is an enigma...somehow inviting and yet forbidding. It almost looks like smoke is coming from the chimneys.

But 'tis a gorgeous edifice. How long have you lived there?

Good grief, Jacob. I don't live there, though I wouldn't mind living there one bit. My home, though lovely, is a bit less romantic. But I love photographing the place. It's appeared in my blog before and no doubt will again.

What a grand lady indeed.

Well, I was just kidding about you living there! Heh, heh. But, I do think you deserve a place like that!

And I shall look forward to any additional pics you post of this place!

Just out of curiosity, what do you think that would sell for?
