Bravo, small towns! There is such flavor of small, ol' town parades. You've captured what it's all about in these shots.

We need more parades like these everywhere in the 'industrialized' country.
Great reportage!

I wish we had more banners like the first one in the world but that's just wishful thinking.

What a great series of photos! But, my dear friend, they raise a lot more questions than they answer. I'd love to know the background of each shot. So fascinating and colorful. Methinks Brattleborians know how to have a good time and put together one hell of a parade!

Interesting political parade! I was expecting flags and sweets and stuff.

So what's the parade about - Fourth of July celebration? I've never seen the periodic table in a parade before. It's an idea I like a lot.

Full of colors and fantasy...

What a fascinating parade and so different! We have 'manifestations' like this in France - in Nice, for instance - although in Menton they are the more usual traditional parade celebrating a Feast day.

It's great to see youth with a social conscience. What an interesting parade.
