I see what you mean, and what a practical way to get around town in that deep snow. Incidentally, did you hear what happened at the Chinese National Zoo the other day when the bears rioted... it was complete pandamonium! (Really sorry, this was a joke that Douglas Bad Puns told me. Apparently, he has many more groaners in his repertoire)

Your phrase, "gazelle-legged girls,' is perfect for those girls. They are so cute in the years before they develop and discover the male eyes that are trained on them.

I didn't take the picture of the gopher tortoise while golfing. I went back out on the course late in the afternoon -- the golden hour -- after the golfers had gone home.
