wells fountain in winter

this fountain serves as a background for rallies and parades,
glows annually with the winter carnival torch,
goes all atwitter with birds in spring and summer.
(it's covered now because winter temperatures in brattleboro are far too cold for bubbling fountains)

This fountain is charming. It looks good in winter, but I'll bet it is spectacular in the spring and summer.

It's a beautiful fountain. Perhaps you can show us what it looks like when warmer weather arrives?
