My suggestion for a long shadow photo is to be standing on the beach a little before sunset so that the shadow is case on the sand.

Clever, dramatic sequence. It immediately made me think of the opening lines of Eliot's The Hollow Men:

Headpiece filled with straw.

Second try: "Hermetic poetry" at its best!

After looking around Wikipedia, I realized that, while in Italian "hermeticism" brings to mind Hermetic Poetry, in English it has many more connotations. Maybe because Hermetic Poetry was invented here.
