So good, BC! Those muted colors are perfect. Frame it and hang it.
Re your comment on Cedar Key: There was another CK blog and it lasted about the same amount of time...part of it is there's just so much to photograph...and then you begin to repeat yourself.
If we actually lived there, I'd keep it going doing artsy-fartsy stuff (pardon the expression)...but we're about 75 miles away...
I guess 1 1/2 years is an era of some sort...
And we will post photos of Cedar Key on Florida Fotos...same as with The Villages...
Adirondacks is one of those words that I love for themself..I like the way it sounds! and when I see the picture, I think there's no wonder if this word makes me dream on the other side of the world...
When you find such beauty, smth between your heart and your stomack jumps and you quickly take the camera, right? Or is it the third eye? The head gets the understanding seconds later. Adirondacks. I need to go there.
That is a word that has always stumped me ... there is a river near Washington that stumps me ... and a specific female name in Ireland ... my memory fails my tongue ...
My niece and her boyfriend just bought a house with barn and several acres in that area. Thank you for this image that helps me picture their surroundings. This is very, VERY beautiful. -Kim
BTW, my word verification is "pespi," which I read "Pepsi." Hidden adverts ?!? ;^)

This almost looks like a painting. Very pretty!

Have a wonderful day!
Yes, very painterly. Such beautiful light, and it's all even more so when enlarge. Love this.
The previous comments stole my thunder.

I like how you can see the hillside in the background. It’s rugged country up that way.
That is something I would like. No next door neighbors.
This could be a Pissarro, an impressionist photo anyway!
Yep---what they all said. MB
One more painting!
It looks like to a painting.
