This looks like one of those activities that looks cool and fun, but it probably a lot harder and a lot more effort than people anticipate.

Yes, the guy on the left fell first. . .and the water was cold.

I bet both of them didn't get back with a DRY shirt!

Okay, so are they supposed to be standing up, or are they just showing off for the photographer?

I can barely keep my balance on a non-undulating, flat floor; can't imagine trying this.

And it would seem to me that in the interest of saving lives, they should be wearing life jackets. Or maybe the water's only two feet deep there.

How cold is that water, BC?

They do that out here too and it looks just like walking on water from far away.
Neat shot. MB

You must have a good sense of balance to try this sport. That leaves me out.

they look like they are learning but having a lot of fun

they're looking like two adversaries in a joust!

The "sport" does appear to be a bit iffy..I guess it's not possible to go very far or fast. But if it's a contest it's a good one to pit fathers against kids.

Duh! Boy, do I feel like a dummy...I just didn't look close enough. I can see the jackets now that you have mentioned them. They are kinda little, though!

If the water's so cold you'd think they'd be wearing some kind of wet suits. Maybe they're from Florida and don't know any better?

Hope your weekend is going well!

I've always wanted to try that. I'll bet they had fun, like two Huck Finns!
