I have no idea if that house has had the same owner(s) over the years. For some reason I would guess it has (or at least has stayed in the family)...but I don't know that.
It's in a very unique spot in Cedar Key and I would imagine it would be quite expensive if it ever went on the market.
One cat prowls around small town Vermont.

This looks charming now, but I hope that they have a large wood pile to stay warm and cozy in the coming winter.
