Try Zazzle. It's pretty easy and the calendars can be ordered in three sizes. You share the money with them obviously but you get paid for referrals that come to thrm from your blog via the widget. I'm doing a BW Paris calendar on Red Bubble. Thought I'd see how I liked the quality.

Summer is a blessing compared to our winter but it has also been hot and humid and that makes it difficult to breathe for me so I have had to stay indoors a lot.
I really liked the photograph you have posted. It is so calm and peaceful.
