Do you have a hard winter? Is it very cold?

This looks like icing on a cake.

Wow! It's got to be some kind of cold to freeze all that flowing water.

The way this winter is going, it's going to look like that for a long time.

Wonderful image, the strength of the water frozen abruptly, staying still for months and then regaining life at spring. Love the caption either...

Exquisite. It makes me long for some icy weather around here... although on the other hand, maybe not! It makes for beautiful photos, though, as your last few posts have shown!

What can I say other than you just get better and better!

But why does this shot have such a chilling effect on me? Maybe because I see icy.

By the by, when are you coming to Florida?

A chilling photo!

Oh my goodness, that is cold. Do you take bets on the thaw? MB

I could believe that they are limestone formations dripping down the wall of a cave.

Oh my, that's amazing, BC. I used to live in Minnesota and South Dakota but that was a long time ago. Actually, I lived in Kittery when I was a wee lass. We had a sleigh on the farm.

Is that all snow and ice? It looks like froth on beer. Very nice photo.
Cheers.

Ciel, where do you think it is? And the fairies are there. You just can't look directly at the photo.
Yvi, our winters aren't too bad. December averages about 25 degrees. January averages about 20. February about 15. March about 25. This is all unofficial. And Fahrenheit.
Thanks everyone for your visits and your great comments.
