ehehe, but the result looks very good! Love how you framed the trunks' silhouettes, it almost seems to look a this staying hide waiting something happens.
Hitting the broad side of a barn is an expression that I heard and used all the time as a child, but I have not heard it in years. Maybe this is due to the fact that we urbanized Americans do not see very many barns any more.

I love the sepia effect of the photo. And composition too.

you took part of the eternal fight between shadows and light..and finally won!
I hope you weren't throwing a boomerang.
I'd say it was well worth the wait. I'm really attracted to this image. Good show!
no matter how many tries, you hit the perfect hot of this barn. Very dreamy and mysterious!
Lovely sepia shot through the woods...looks like that barn side needs to be hit with a little paint!
Re your question on Florida Fotos: In this instance, I was driving and Lois Anne took the photo. I think.
I've enlarged the picture and it's such a nice picture, great work!I love the tree silhouettes!

That's hilarious. Nice old barn and I love the point of view through the dark trees.

Digital allows for many boomerang tries (lol @ BSquared!). Very nice framed, you got it just right!
Cant see the wood for the trees, eh?
Hehehe, it looks nice in a picture but I bet it's an eyesore to the neighbours.
Well, the Cardinals aren't putting me in the pitching rotation. I'm certainly no better than you.
