maple sugar as science

sugaring has traditionally been an art
but at sidelands sugarbush it has become a science.
this is the vacuum pump house at this high-tech sugaring operation in westminster, vermont
dan crocker, farmer/engineer, is passionate about his sugarmaking

I think when there's passion involved Brattcat, the product just has to be the best. Is it only available in the States, or is it exported..if it's on my supermarket shelve I would love to try it.
