it is very delicious, leia. it was my birthday gift to this wonderful friend...a lobster and champagne lunch in my sunny kitchen. we had a glorious afternoon.

Ahhh, lobster is a New England treat. It is found elsewhere, but it seems best eaten in New England.
We have fresh seafood once or twice a week, but lobster is not found on our coast... yummy!
