A Conspiracy of Hydrants

on september 3rd,
Boise Diva of Boise Daily Photo posted a hydrant sporting a garland.
here in Brattleboro I found this little red dude dressed in Ralph Lauren.
is this happening where you live too?
is there a conspiracy of hydrants?

Haven't seen any dressed up hydrants in Quincy yet. This is a very colorful one, though. I've never seen that color combination.

We don't call these fire hydrants in Florida. We call them outdoor doggy restrooms. For male dogs. I don't know what female dogs do. Oh yes I do; I've got one. They sniff.

I don't think it's a conspiracy. I think it's people with too much time on their hands who feel some weird sort of compulsion to decorate fire hydrants.

One of them could be R. Lauren. Maybe this is a new form of advertising?

Well, you don't know for sure, right?

Now, I'm going to be looking for fire hydrants dressed funny. I don't have time for this. Thanks a lot!

Heh. Heh!

Meanwhile, have a great weekend.

We don't have much in the way of hydrants over here, but my younger son loves to hydrant-spot when we are in the States!

That looks great, a funny idea, in MC there is no fire hydrants on the streets, only outside big buildings. Thanks a lot for visiting. Have a cool weekend.

Well I haven't noticed this here in AZ, but I'm going to look for one and be creative. (maybe)

Italy always loved conspiracy, real or imaginary, but we have no hydrants! Maybe it's that a conspiracy?

So far, our hydrants are just blinding yellow. I'll be watching, though? Or maybe I'll begin dressing them! Maybe you've started something. As with lawn geese, maybe 100 web sites will spring up where you can buy fire hydrent clothing for all seasons and occasions!
