Hi Charlie! Why is it that little bitty dogs yelp so loudly and sharply...they sound so vicious...and our big old Golden Retriever never barks (well, unless she gets accidentally left inside when we're outside...then she goes "Woof," rather softly!)?
Little dogs make up for their diminutive size with lots of talk, just like small people do. lol
This is one cute pup.

It's true, those little ones are often yappy-- definitely Napolean Syndrome! We actually ended up with a chihuahua-- he approached me when I was walking on a busy street, all skin and bones and tattered ears. I'm a softy... so now we have a chihuahua. Surprisingly, he's a very mellow little guy! No yaps, thank goodness.

Have a wonderful day.
Be careful of those little guys. They all have that Napoleon thing going.

Poor little Charlie, he looks a bit lost behind that big gate!
Sunny :)
Most seem to think it is "small man" syndrome ... maybe as with Jacob's GR it is just that they know you are free and they are restrained.
Then again little cats dont blather all over the place ...
Nice to meet you Charlie! You are really cute!I think your "humans"like you a lot, neat plaque!LOL

Hello Charlie!

Please say hello to Charlie from a former owner of a dog named Charlie as well.
