Adorable! You are so lucky! You can have a garden and keep tomato and lettuce as well!
Here in Brazil this kind of store always stays open on Sundays.
I think it is great because during the week we barely have time to do day by day things!
Fabulous shot!

I always love to see flowers and gardens, sadly, I think I was born with no talent for anything planted. You're planning to grow tomatoes and lettuce?

I just love it when people use all sorts of things as flower pots. The old toy car is so fun and whimsical!

Henny, yes, tomatoes and lettuce. We're also growing eggplant, basil, cauliflower, broccoli, onion, and potatoes. I'm not the gardener though. My husband tends the garden. I, like you, have a rather black thumb.

Flashback!!! I had one of these cars when young. It was red and my pride and joy! Interesting pictures these last few days.

Now that is an interesting melange of plantings. Will he allow you to show us some of them as they grow?

Gardening stores have a magnetic attraction for me: similar to book stores! I like the trellis behing each of the trays. Nice feel to this image, BC.

Great displays for the flowers and plants. I like the miniature car as a planter.

It is survival game for my plants on my terrace: only the fit and the lucky survive. Mainly succulents, I am getting rid of all cactuses, but still have some healthy pots.

Good luck with your planting...I'm sure you'll be enjoying the "fruits" of your labors for a long time to come...like the little car...reminds me of the one our son rode around in when he was very little!
