What a great opportunity that must have been. I would have been among the people hanging on every word. I would love to hear Nicholas Kristof speak sometime. I'm sure he's another one who would keep me on the edge of my seat and thinking and re-thinking for weeks after.
I,too, would have held rapt attention, and i assume that it was well-worth hearing. I agree with Sharon about listening to N. Kristof; I saw and heard his wife last year in St Paul. What a duo they are!
