This brought both a smile and a little sadness to me. My little girl of almost 30 years old lives on the other side of the planet, but at this age her "thing" was the brightest socks she (and we) could find, often striped and often mismatched.
One cat prowls around small town Vermont.

The shoe resembles "Mary Janes."
As we say here, " elegant till the end of nails" ! :o)
And a perfect "princess" dress!
Interesting. I've heard that women are REALLY into shoes. This is where it starts? Pattern leather?
I think the socks match the inlays on the puffs on her sleeves. Right??? Great images. MB
And the dress is di-vine. . .

My wife's grandmother is in her 90's and in a care home, but she still likes her colorful socks.
I like her already. :)
Oh, patent leather! And red! Love it.
These look vaguely familiar - it's been a long time since our girls were little and wore patent leather shoes.
Lovely detail!
Excellent composition!
