Wonderful vivid still life, full of color and feline attributes. I am reminded of an adorable souvenir from the county fair.

She's also the cat's whiskers Brattcat, did you make her? Sounds like some people have been very busy all in a very good cause, I'm sure the children who receive them will love them to bits.

yes, grace. making these little softies for children to hold and love (many of whom have lost the adults who once held and loved them) makes me happier than i can express.

The must be related to a professor that I had many years ago who seemed to have a problem finding matching socks to wear.

That is great! Where in the world did you find this?

Very cute, brattcat. My daughter is in a phase of making "sock monkeys" that would cohabitate very peacefully with this pussycat.

Brattcat - U R quite an accomplished knitter! Where could I find the pattern for that one? I've knitt scarves and sweaters for my family members. My wife and our daughters knit, too.

She is certainly the cat's meow! I am working on another lamb.

I dunno. The cat may have been subject to genetic experiments.

This is such a neat project and, can I say it, 'cute'. Congrats... again Kitty.

Multi-colored. I like. Especially in light of where it is headed! My mother used to make monkeys that looked like this...

...and she could make a monkey out of me without even trying!

It is full with kindness and love.

For some reason I think we say 'the cat's pyjamas', although Grace says 'the cat's whiskers'. My step-mother makes the equivalent in soft dolls to a pattern to give to people in nursing homes.

Me thinks an all black kitty dressed in hot pink should be your next creation. Meeps would be flattered! :)
