nor does she sing with joy.

"the moon, like a flower,
in heaven's high bower
with silent delight
sits and smiles on the night"...

She just silently shines down on us all, restoring as much as she can! I love the moon and her magical power, hope that doesn't make me sound nuts!! Excellent shot for today Brattcat, hope all is well with you and things getting back to normal.

This is a wonderful photo of the moon, but I am even more mesmerized by the sky in this photo.

Both the moon and the sky are lovely. La Luna...so romantic! But, I wonder why a poem doesn't come to my mind today; perhaps, I'm not romantic enough?

You share with us a brooding shot of a moon and ambivalent words o f a poem. I am trying to relate them to the recent devastation in Vermont and wondering how you are feeling . . .

After reading your comment I can't find the words to express how sorry I feel. Hold your memories close to your heart.
I can't get Moonlight in Vermont out of my head.

Beautiful! It almost looks like it could be an ocean reflection of the moon. When did you take it?

I understood You...but I want to say something that will incredible...Stay away from the moon...there is no perspective with the moon...the moon is dangerous thing in the nature...It is very difficult for to explain this...but I am sure this is true...
