A happy medium would be nice but it seems as so often in life, either there is too little or too much!

Both this and the previous photo are wonderful! If I had experienced Irene like you did I would feel the same 'obsession' for water.
My late mother always said that we should have everything in moderation.
It seems that mother nature and politicians need to listen to my mother.
Water is a force to be reckoned with.

Ref. your comment about size of Moscow: I feel they do not care about city, they want more and more money and this looks like great endless opportunity. Strange people, looks like they believe they will live forever.. We'll see.
