One nice thing about this spot you have shown us is that if there are no blueberries worth picking, you can jump on your horse and go home!

... then this must be 'blueberry hill' at least the Vermont version of it. Did you find any 'thrills' among the berries? Smile!
I'd much rather pick blueberries than blackberries...no briars!
I've never done this, just remember picking mulberries a long time ago...
