When my son was 4 or 5 years old, he told some neighbors that his dad would walk miles for blueberries. Once when on vacation near Bar Harbor, Maine, in September we found a power line right of way where the trees had been cut down and the area was covered with wild blueberries. Picking them became the activity for the day. I hope the power company did not mind.

I'm with Birdman: Blueberry Fields Forever!
I'll descend to the level anytime - for blueberries. He looks like he's having loads of fun.
Have a great Monday.
I hope your bucket runneth over.

I liked hearing my father tell stories of going "berrying" all day with his good pal and not having much to show for it but maybe a pie's worth.
I've never seen blueberries growing. Lots of blackberries and raspberries though.
Beautiful place.....
