Quiet time in the green room. concentrating rather than lonely, concentrating altos and basses waiting upon the arrival of the flouncing sops and the self-important tenors.

Yes, those lonely little swings can't wait for happy, giddy little bottoms to bring them to life!! May the snow melt quickly and may we only see it again when we long for it. I enjoy your pictures! Please come by my site sometime..you might find something you like! Have a wonderful weekend!

Funny, I've never heard a swing sing of spring before. But, from what I hear y'all got some more bad weather. Thus, such swing singing about spring springing is to be expected.

Re your question on Cedar Key DP - I have no idea what they place charges, and prices will change depending on the season, but I think it's not all that expensive...

Soon I hope! I'll bet there's some major "cabin fever" going on up there.V

Like Small City Scenes above, I find the photo a little sad. That loneliness. That need for active children. . . You've captured a mood.

Just what I was thinking last week. But we've stepped into spring here. Hope it gets warmer soon for you too :)

Beautiful, bright glowing picture of a time and space you no longer desire. Not the place to fill you with platitudes, wishful thoughts, hopeful sayings. Just want to thank you for a gorgeous picture of the purity that is within the storm, the cold; the winter. Thank you for the snow shot and hang in there..all things pass!

I imagine that children have to be patient to play again in this place. So beautiful snow but so cold.

I really like this picture, even though it has a certain sadness about it.
Quite sore today, really hurts to sit for any length of time, hopefully tomorrow will be a better day!

Soon. Wait quietly. My grandmother used to tell me that a watched pot never boils. Buddha taught that desire - for spring, for anything - creates suffering. Or, if you must, put a brace on your knee and fly to Atlanta or somewhere like that.

Swings need a rest too, I guess. Spring always seems to surprise me; it arrives when I least expect it. I hope you and Mr.Bc are weathering the storm well with a good book, music, movie, vittles and/or visitors today.

I'm sure the children of Brattleboro are asking the same question.
