This is an amazing photo of a process that few people have seen. Or inhaled.

How steam can stiffen clothes is a mystery to me.

Oh wow, I haven't seen this done in 20-30 years.

OMG, I can smell it! I Love it! Maple syrup is sooooooo expensive here! It is a luxury item.

So esoteric, and your words are the words of mythical magic where even the air carries the breath of the flavor of maple.

Re your comment on Ocala DP - Methinks that's a raccoon's tail. Or maybe it's an old wives' tale?

That sweetened my instant oatmeal this morning!
Is your camera tasting real good now? You didn't get any sweet stickey maple fumes on your lens, did you? :)

Oh, but what does it do the hips??? Sharon Creech visited my blog and I saw you on her blog. I've read one of her books, "Walk Two Moons", and was tickled to have her commenting. Thanks for the connection.

Great shot. There is nothing like a sugary steam bath.

This is an amazing shot, with the steam framing the man looking at the light... it's very essential but yet it tells a whole story... perfect light and colors too... a 10/10 I'd say.
