That house is beautiful and large but that barn dwarfs it! Love red barns....you still have this much snow on the ground?

It's fun to see how the house grew along with the family. I love the pop of the red barn. Spring still looks a long way away.

Beautiful! That red barn is really eye-catching.

I hope Spring hastens its steps for you.

Beautiful scene. People always wonder why is the barn red----so you can find it in all the snow. Maybe??? MB

I agree the red barn just pulls this image to you. Wonderful.

My favorite kind of scene, I love the red barn.
Can we put a little oil on the gears to move them a little faster?
Hope you are on the mend.
Sunny :)

We actually have more snow than this on the ground, Tanya. I've been using photos from my archives since I injured my leg. But this is close to what we've got now.

More and more to do everyday, the closer they get to planting time.

Really a beautiful view, and we all need some spring soon...

You could have some serious cold weather yet and more snow. But the days are getting longer and are full of the promise of spring. We can all be patient a little longer.

By the way, thanks for your comment today. The sky effect was not foreshadowing. It was Photoshop.

A wonderful country scene and the red barn is the focal point! Today's photo is just toooo muddy and brown!

The farm builders were wonderful architects. I don't think I would ever tire of seeing farms.

Great red against the white! And I agree with Léia, this looks like a model. Lovely!
