Looks like an impressionist painting - almost. Gorgeous. Hot and steamy is right. Oh, you're talking about Vermont. Well, I'm going to plant some plants in our front yard. Funky-lookin' things.

Little gardenin', little walkin', little sippin'. Probably a whole lotta nothin'. GRIN.

Lovely bouquet. Today: read a little, bike a little, eat a little and enjoy the summer sunshine a lot!

A wonderful bouquet! The deer seem to eat our roses. I scrolled through all your posts---Love 'em all. You are so talented and creative. MB

I was telling a good friend about your blog today and how you always find the most perfect words. See, you did it again!

BTW, she bought the knitting book and a black kitty resplendent in her own scarf might be in my future! :)
Thanks BC,

Oh and that's what I did today. Have a lovely lunch with her at a little French café, talked about knitting, looked at her book, and then I went out and found puffy skeins of pale pink mohair for scarves. Ahhhh

Get up, go to work, curse under my breath, keep working, go home late, edit pictures, make a post, leave comments if there's any time left. At least some of it is fun.

Another charming image, brattcat. Today was my first day back from a two week trip, so I sorted mail, paid bills, did laundry and dug out from the accumulation of detritus from an absence. Then I started looking at blogs . . .
