It's a miracle how quickly they can stand on their own little wobbly legs, gorgeous image Brattcat. Enjoy The Artist, I've heard that it's brilliant, can't wait to go!
So sweet -- I swore off eating lamb when we lived in Switzerland 20+ years ago near farmers field where newborn lambs played. They are so darling and bouncy. I'm back from Charleston (only 3 days, 2 nights for work at Charleston AFB) -- I was amazed by the sheer number of restaurants, and esp. by the number of elegant ones. Next time I'm eating at High Cotton. (We ate at Fleet Landing and at a small place ending with Z -- both were really good and very reasonable.)
One cat prowls around small town Vermont.

Delightful post, what a splendid moment you've captured!
God bless you!

How cute! it reminds me old times, when I used to work every summer in a farm, taking care of such babies..
It's almost calving time here too. It always fun to see the calves frolicking in the fields of Westbrook Street, along side their moms.
How sweet it is!
Please consider getting rid of word verification - it took me 5 tries to get the words right...
What a beautiful sight!
I'd be happy to get rid of word verification. Can anyone tell me how?
Those babies recover so quickly from the trauma of birth. So much fun to watch!
Sweet. It's a bit early for lambing though, isn't it?
