This is soo beautiful.
But how does she manage the dust?

Good question about the dust.

I'm sure this passion will keep her going for at least 20 years!

It looks like she must have a special room for them. It's a huge collection which obviously makes her very happy. My sister has a Christmas village collection that takes hours to assembly each year. Labors of love!

More power to her. Maybe she needs to set up a creche museum.

Looks like a very nice lady.

That is a pretty amazing collection and Shirley is a lovely lady!
I think you are right about the light. I've noticed it more over the past few days and it seems some how special.

Can we say she is a record holder ?!

So that's where she keeps them. Beauteous!

Oh my oh my!!

A lovely lady for sure.
What a great way to showcase her collection.

BTW: the horses on my blog are actually working ranch horses. Everything done on the ranch (cattle-wise) is done on horseback. and believe it or not those horses come when they are called. Well when the work horn goes off. It is amazing to watch. MB

I'm impressed she has the space to display so many manger scenes.

I have said it before collectors are a weird bunch!

But in a good way of course.

This is the answer to where she keeps her collection... Unbelievable, may she keep collecting for many more years (if she still has room).

Is Ms. Shirley a friend of yours, or does she open her collection to the public?

Beautiful portrait, by the way. :)
