Caught in the act! It would appear that it isn't too cold - it looks like he's enjoying that Vermont sunshine!

Were you hiding behind a tree when you took this?

LOve the BW. This could be Paris you know! :)

What a handsome chef! I might stop in to his restaurant just to get a peek at him.

The cool air must be especially wonderful when stepping away from a hot kitchen. Love the monochrome.

Très bien, chère Brattcat. He seems to be just arrived from Paris. Wonderful combo of the rustic look of the setting with the elegance of the chef. (I like the details too -- like the thermometer on his right...couldn't make out the temp though.)

Wonderful black and white! Wonder what he's thinking about?

It must be warm in the kitchen!a little breath of fresh air, a little "casse-croute" as we say here, and he will be back to work.

This is so real!

Really nice portrait. The expression looks wistful but I also get the impression that he takes no nonsense in his kitchen.

Nicely contemplative, BC, and a good choice for monochrome.

Perhaps a nibble of VT extra-sharp?
