the snow fell

north and west of here.
in brattleboro the procession of spring continued,
though at a slower, frostier pace.

We are also frosty but it warms up then. I liked the post yesterday.

Slow is good. Our summer arrival is speeding up. And that's not good.

How can there be snow in the area? Didn't anyone tell Mother Nature that it is almost the first of May?

I was too busy yesterday morning to check your site and missed commenting on your horse rolling photo. Julie took a similar photo of a zebra rolling in the dirt in Tanzania. We did not know that they have a black stripe running down their belly.

In answer to your comment, yes, my permanent home is in Arizona and we get down to our condos in Costa Rica when we can.

don't you just love all the different shades of Spring green. I call it Obscene Green. Not because it is bad but because there is SO much. MB

The different shades of green are fantastic and the house peeping on top of the hill is such a great detail in this photo! Wonderful image!

A charming picture and a beautiful view from that lovely little house. How I'd like to live in that house.
Thank you for your kind words about my grandson. He is on the mend now.☺
Cheers.

I'm not sure I've heard the word, "frostier," applied to spring. But in Vermont it probably works. ;-)

This very green photo doesn't look "frostier" than other places where spring is springing, though.

It's going to be 93 here today!
