last winter he was waist deep in snow.
perhaps he's a tad overdressed for summer in Vermont
but he seems a rather 'good-natured' gent,

Should be in a parade.
I think the best time there,is from Oct-Mar.

He's a bit creepy standing around in the middle of the summer. Someone should give him a Hawaiian shirt or something. Make him fit in.
