Thanks everyone. I'm glad you had fun with this. I certainly did. The house is actually in pretty good shape; the foundation is sound, the roof is good (although it may not look it in this shot). Some of the wiring needs updating and I'd feel more comfortable if the suspended-in-mid-air enclosed back porch had more substantial supports holding it in place but you could really move in and not have to do any demo.
Gosh! Cash or Visa??? You wouldn't get a parking space for that price here! Well, maybe it's time to come back to your part of the world *used to live just north of the Canadian border, did many shopping trips to Montpelier!
End of the dream. Back to reality. To know the price and to see the outside make the house become a real one, with all problems a real house provides. But I liked the stroll inside; And I like the bench on the front porch, little sign of the quietness living there...
Great choice of exterior colors . . . really plays up the interesting shingling work. I'd have to agree that it looks like good value for that price . . . why such a low price would be my next question, of course. This has been an interesting series . . . thanks for bringing it to us.

It's a steal! I've enjoyed touring this great old house!
Wonderful, and what a price! It was so funny discover this house day after day...
The piano is included?
I agree: great price! What a wonderful tour this has been. Will you do it again some time with another house, please?
Very interesting...the house seems to me more beautiful inside than outside... perhaps because the piano!
Anyway, its a house to live!
That's smaller than I thought it would be, and the one bathroom's a killer, but it certainly is a bargain price...and it is a nice-looking house!
I like the shingling on the house, but the outside looks like it needs some serious work, but all in all a great buy at that price.
Such a cute house. just darling! I am glad you enjoyed the Chihuly glass art on my site today.
