I love this picture. It reminds me of my high school years. And sledding. Where I live now the houses are concrete.
I have not been to Brattleboro since perhaps 1990, and I just read that the Common Ground restaurant closed. What a bummer.

I like everything about this old house . . . The 1/2 and 1/2 paint style seemed to be popular in the early 1900s. I can only imagine the spectacular views and incredible pictures you could probably get from there. There must be great sledding
as well.

Is it situated in the mountains? And are they green, by the way? Some time ago I travelled through Vermont and what I can remember best are beautiful natural landscapes and Green Mountains..
