Looks like you shot this from a window. Would be fun to see the same scene in a few weeks time.

Gosh, go-go dancers grown up and become poetic photographers!!

steffe...no window, perhaps a dirty lens.
kate...isn't it funny the twists and turns of our journeys? i wonder what secret you might reveal about your early years.

Pretty soon the color will be gone and stark limbs will prevail...

You would think that your leaf count would be lower than ours here in southern Ohio but I can see you have many more leaves on your trees. The trees here are pretty well set for winter, only the low shrubs are still with color but fading fast.

Very nice shot. It's not a dirty lens but the fact you are in the shadows silhoutting the the foreground.

I would like to see this photo with a pair of 3-D glasses, or maybe one of those old stereo-scopes (we have one). The layers of depth reveal different scenes.

It looked like it was shot from high up, so I figured it might have been from a window.

Re Kate's comment: you were a go-go dancer? Hmmm. You sure can wax poetic! Must be the rhythm thing! Very lovely shot and one to hang on to for as per Steffe's allusion, the worst is yet to come. Unless, of course, you like the white stuff. :-)

The bare branches do resemble wild hair. Only you would notice that! :)

That is pure gold, a pleasure to comb it or simply to watch...

I read your comment on Birdman's blog. Blimey! It is not what I would have guessed from our blogworld's premier poetess. While you were dancing, I was a wallflower. That is easier to believe, isn't it?

Boots, fringe and long hair? Have any pictures? What fun . . .

No pictures, Slim. Most likely that's a blessing.
