new solar system?

Some of you may remember a photograph I posted this past winter of the Marina restaurant which had closed for the season due to high heating costs. Well, the restaurant has reopened and this is the interior lighting. Outside the windows are waterviews which I'll show you tomorrow.

Yes, indeed, just like the solar system model from my schooling.

I've always like lightning like that- simple, colorful, and cheap. And it does look like a display of the solar system.

Mercurius, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune, wow, you're absolutely correct :). I'm gonna get going to see Marina restaurant. What's the menu?
It's sad that yesterday I found out one Chinese restaurant was closed in Saijo.
PS: Do you like chicken? I have one for you. It's still in my cage. No worry, she's a cat lover...

Love the spring colors!

Thanks everyone. Henny, you can get a good burger or pasta or seafood. Pretty standard American cuisine, but Rachel Ray has eaten there and she likes the smoked trout...though the trout's a little salty for my taste.

I think that might be something other businesses might mimic. Closing rather than pay high heating bills makes sense to me and it also does something about global warming.

I am sure it won't catch on but we used to have Blue Laws here where I live and nothing was open on Sunday. Surely, we can all go back to having one day a day of rest and give the environment and or pocketbooks a day of rest.

I like those light! Probably muted and energy efficient, too.

Look forward to tomorrow!

This is a very good idea for a photo, and so well realized and... titled!

I love the title on this well exposed image of our new solar system.
