The bridge will still be there on a beautiful summer day when your camera and you return. And, on a dazzling autumn day. Not to mention on the sunny morning after winter's first snowstorm.
Arija, heading north, turning left off of Western Avenue onto Guilford Street toward Living Memorial Park the Creamery Bridge is right in front of you. Not certain why it looks so familiar...except that many covered bridges do look alike.
And then , Clint Eastwood-Robert said to Meryl Streep-Francesca :"It seems right now that all I've ever done in my life is making my way here to you "..(Sigh) I don't know if it's the right bridge, but I always think of that story when I see a covered bridge ! :o)
I sometimes wonder why people built covered bridges. If there is rain or snow, a traveler gets it on the way in and the way our. Perhaps just a bit of shelter.

Where exactly is the Creamery Bridge, it looks oh so familiar.
But that day. That time. That place. That's it.

It is nice to see there are still covered bridges to admire in your parts of the country. They remind me of Currier and Ives prints :^)
Jackd is such a romantic, isn't he? but he's got a few good points!
Ah, I like this image of it. Whenever I am in town, the creek is almost dry.
