arriving in charleston at the barksdale house inn on george street

we were instantly charmed by the green courtyard
and the musical splash of the fountain

Looks like you are enjoying your trip to Charleston. I have never been there, although my wife enjoyed a business trip there about a year ago.

As always, thank you for your comments left on my site. I have just returned from 3 weeks in Bhutan, Bangkok, and Cambodia, so I have not been able to respond or leave comments on your site for the last few weeks. Hopefully, my son has succeeded in removing the annoying Word Verification feature that somehow was included in my site recently.

That is indeed a very welcoming vista Brattcat!
Aimee was a wreck this morning when we took the cake down to set it up in the reception venue, but it looked fantastic. I'll try and get together a little group of images to show how it looked and the 'getting there'!
