Beautiful words!
And a lovely composition picture!
It's the secret to fill our heart with lights, every day!

I like your abstract take on this image. Kids in our neighborhood were shooting off fireworks still, late last night till midnight.

I wonder if there is another holiday that draws so many people out to celebrate and to create memories?

What a colorful shot! I had to do with fireworks on TV this year. It was much too dry here to allow fireworks. I was able to get away for the weekend up in the mountains for some cooler weather.

Um, I'm still carrying around the effects of the enormous amounts of food that goes around my sister's house.
