That's a great color for a house. I agree it really pops with the snow around. My house had white siding (how boring!) when I bought it and it is too costly to change, else I would paint it a nice rich color like this one.
I, too appreciate richly colored houses. There are toooo many white houses around Quincy (mine included). White houses look particularly drab to me about now.
The colors really do pop out when surrounded by snow. I often drive by a house and think to myself, "did they just paint that?" Obviously not since it's just a bit too cold. My kids are upset that we painted our blue house beige. Boring, but it doesn't fade as quickly.

excellent photo. Great color and composition. I also really liked your Pre-dawn photo.
I have few neighbors that have not painted in many years; the paint peeling away. Lovely color.
