a sony camera,
a pocket full of yellow m&ms,
two books,
chocolate covered pomegranate seeds,
the story of her life-
all accidental...
and then,
on purpose,
a snail under the parsley plants
with a message on its belly...
"i'll try to hurry back"
dear little snail,
how can we possibly wait that long?

Such a dear thing.

Lady, do you dream in poems?
Luv the snail, but who? Who? Who left it? Who?
Chocolate covered pomegranate seeds! Yum!! Never mind the camera haha!
What a beautyful world, the one where snails are blue and leave messages behind..
You are so poetic, brattcat. Once again I am puzzling over your message, but I am learning to enjoy it and not feel obligated to solve it.
What moving words!
God bless you!

It always seem shorter and faster coming home than when you're going somewhere. I think that holds true for snails, too.
The story of her life sounds so romantic.
Life is so good.
Like good poetry, yours stirs thoughts.
Oh but the memories brought back could fill the shell of a galloping Galapagos turtle.
Oh how utterly fabulous!
The message on the under-belly is the kicker. Your dear daughter came to mind as I was teased by the riddle.
That is so good...the photo and the commentary!
Beautiful concept. The transmission of joy and color!
