Now I wouldn't know a hydrangea if it came up and bit me on the knee. I rely on my wife, the family botanist, for that sort of thing. Still, the pattern is lovely. I'd photograph it!

You help fill a void for those of us who live in climates where we do not see the resplendent fall colors.
Peeking? Looks like it's in full bloom. As delightful as are the colours, fall always makes me sad. Do NOT want to face Ole Man Winter.
