So sorry to hear you are closing the Brattleboro blog but, I hope you will still stop by the sites from time to time for a visit.
Your poetic words will be missed.

I wish you all the best to you too. And thank you so much for your part in my love with internet.
And I am sure we will meet again in the vast expanses of internet, because how can we all avoid this sweet evil?

I knew these words were coming soon.
I'll miss those Vermont images a lot, but those gentle, morning poetic 'words of wisdom' for us all-- even more.
My morning coffee will never be the same.
However, our new found friendship will last forever.

Brattcat- I, too, enjoyed your words & images from Brattleboro & other wanderings. Thank you for visiting QDP and commenting over the years. It's been a pleasure; wishing you all the best.

I have not commented before because I was at a loss for words. Others before me have noted your kindness and poetic nature and I shall surely miss those things, too. But also, you had an insightful and incisive way of getting to the core, striking just the right note, and your delightful sense of humor came through again and again.

I shall miss you much and wish you the very best for the future!

I just realized I haven't seen your witty comments for months so I was wondering... I came looking and saw the bad news :-( I have no idea why you decided to shut down... I just hope nothing negative happened! Anyway, I wish you a great continuation of life and hope you'll come back sooner or later. We miss your comments, your posts and, above all, we miss you!

We all obviously have missed you. I'm visiting now to wish you a happy and joyful holiday season. Want you to know also that Columbia still resides safely in our master bedroom so Olivia can sleep with her friend whenever she spends an overnight here with us. A very nicer arrangement for all of us!!

It was funny seeing that Kate visited again just a day or two before I did. I thought the holidays were a good time to revisit and to wish you and yours a lovely, peaceful time.

I just learned about Mark N's death, and knowing that you have been a friend of his, I want to offer my condolences and sympathy to you, too, because I know that all of you must be in terrible pain right now. Sorry this is so public, but I have misplaced your email address. Know that I will be thinking of all of you during the memorial this week-end. All my best thoughts, Kate
