arrived in heathrow

no photos allowed there.
we stood like sardines in a can,
at least a thousand of us, waiting to be cleared through customs.
then rush, rush to saint pancras station
where we waited and waited for our fast train to paris,
the city of love.

The ordeals of travel are worth it. And when things go really wrong, . . . . . well, the ordeal becomes material for future stories.

Beware of Parisian waiters, symbols of tact and hospitality.
St.Pancras' watch reminds me my beloved London, thank you so much!

The lines of these photos help me imagine you in line, waiting for the next stage of travel.

I looked up St. Pancras and was impressed by the information on the station. How fun to be in London, even if it's just briefly.
