I would love to see GREEN outside, the sun reflected in the window, the colorful butterflies playing around my balcony and the intense blue in the sky!

The question for us is not whether there will be 6 more weeks of winter. The question is: will there be any winter? Where is the winter? What is winter?

Lovely photo, I like the trellis/lattice. It adds depth and highlights the dark tree trunk.

What is a groundhog?

Well, the good news is that spring will be coming early, I guess. I can dream!

That is a gorgeous yard. We've had a ton of rain the last few days so no shadows here. Stay warm.

Not here either. It's cloudy and cold here today. Well, cold by our standards.

I figure a couple of extra weeks here and yet as I type here at 10:00 AM the sun pokes itself out from the clouds just enough to get you exicted and then disappears.

Hello!
Yesterday we had the snow for the first time in this winter in our city.
Unique colors!

But I can almost hear the quiet of that snow . . .

I don't know if we have any groundhogs here. I have seen some really funny-looking squirrels - look like foxes...hmmm...I think they call them fox squirrels...they run with their back end up.

So no shadow. No snow, either. Nice day to play golf, in fact. Which I did.

Cool tomorrow - mid 60s. :-)

I wouldn't know a groundhog if it bit me. Not nearly enough sun here for anything to see it's shadow. Does that mean spring is on the way?

Well we did have sunny and cloudy weather today. So hopefully he came out during the cloudy time.
Actually we don't have groundhogs out here-----so maybe no one will know. MB
