I remember having used dogs, cats..but never a cow!:)
But I guess it must be warm and comfortable!

We did. Our house cow Daisy, now roaming heavenly pastures, used to join us on picnics and would lie be the campfire and be a wonderful windbrake and backrest.

An interesting shot, and I like the colors, lines and light too.

And, wouldn't you love to hear the conversation?

That's sweet.

How did you find this one? Looks pretty comfortable, but I'd be very careful where I step though, let alone lie. Hahahaha

I would say these aren't your run of the mill cows or girls...maybe
4H as I see the trailer in the background but what a great picture.

This is an amazing shot. I'm a city girl and I would never have thought cows would lie down like this! Oh this is just a grand photo in so many ways.

I wonder if furniture makers will be inspired by your photo to start making chairs like this.

Probably not.

Pas moi, as Virginia might say. I'm a city boy. Large animals are scary. (Lots of small ones, too).

Not something you see every day.

Beautiful shot. My girls used to do that with their horses out in the pasture and make daisy chain necklaces for them.

Oh, the lazy days of cows and girls. Wonderful photo and what fun they look to be having!

While visiting my grandfather in Maine he took me along to his friends farm. I had the opportunity to milk a cow, or I should say attempt to milk a cow. For an 12 year old city kid it was a little scary for both the cow and I. The highlight of the day came earlier when farmer Hugh let me lead the cows in from the field. Great memories all recalled by your great photo. Thanks

We used to have a farm with many milk cows when I was a kid, but I never used one as a backrest, maybe because of the swarms of flies hanging around them most of the time!

Great light and mood, by the way!
