An image from far away. Gives an impression of how beautiful and romantic. Greetings. Best regards.

This is obviously not Florida, but the weather looks better than few days ago.

Beautiful shot, I hope no more snow...but I'm not sure about it. I need to confess that I'm afraid of winter now. This was my first winter here and I'm a little bit scared about 'cause now I also know about all problems that lots of snow can brings for the city.
But today is another day and I can see some sun light outside! :)

Reminds me a bit of Andy Wyeth paintings. It's a lovely weathered building ... a bucolic scene.

My thought was the same as Kate's. This looks like an Andrew Wyeth painting, except his snow in the foreground would not be so dirty.

If you are wishing for the "sparkle" of winter, does that mean you want some more fresh snow?

I don't think it will be gone for long.

Where does the white go after the snow has melted?...

You're finally thawing out?
I love how you caught the texture of the wood.

Another splendid composition...and the light is super.

But this is what happens, Brattcat, and you're just gonna have to get used to it: the snow arrives so prettily and with such promise, and then it turns to sepia mush.

Did you forget that from last year? Heh, heh!

I left you a note on Ocala DP re my "yarn spinning." You are too funny!

The light is just wonderful in this. Looks like late in the afternoon. If you rendered this in Sepia it would scarcely change.

A very beautiful rural.. I love the color of the buildings but not the dirty snow. Snow MUST be white. LOL MB

I'm not sure which is more eyecatching, the barn or the tree...great shot.

Interesting place.

Yes, A. Wyeth channeled through brattcat. I especially like the placement of that sturdy tree, standing guard over winter desolation.

Winter has an ageing process all of its own.

I'm sure it'll be back at some stage for a few hours. It does that, right?

Has there been a thaw in Vermont? The order of nature has been disturbed.
